For Classroom Instruction

Course Objectives:

  • Practice skills for sound and video location, adaptation, creation, and importation in presentation software
  • Evaluate strategies for organizing, sorting, and leveling information to achieve greater student engagement
  • Learn teaching methods that will engage students on multiple levels in multiple learning styles using presentation software
  • Gain first-hand practice in lesson design tailored to classrooms with multiple ages, levels, and learning styles

Course Description:

This workshop gives teachers strategies for providing differentiation in their lessons. The presenter will demonstrate best practices for engaging multiple intelligences in a multi-level classroom. Techniques and strategies will be given to better prepare teachers for classrooms with varied age groups and ability levels. Specific strategies for special needs students will also be discussed.
