Basics of Notebook

Course Objectives:

  • Gain greater familiarity and comfort working in SMART Notebook software
  • Identify the location, features, and functions of the toolbar and tabs
  • Practice saving, writing, and erasing digital ink both inside and outside of the software
  • Learn how to manipulate image and other objects
  • Discover various options for basic importing and exporting as well as sharing files through email, external media, and SMART Exchange

Course Description:

Teachers will learn the basics of SMART Notebook software, including how to use the tools on the toolbar, what the side tabs access, how to work with objects on the page, and how to use SMART Exchange. This training gives teachers the fundamental skills needed for all other SMART training sessions.
